The new Bajaj Pulsar F250 challenges the KTM RC200 in drag racing

What Happens When You Put A Brand New Bajaj Pulsar F250 Vs KTM RC200 In A Drag Race? A surprising result awaits you.

A new video of Bajaj Pulsar F250 racing with the KTM RC200 has emerged. Both bikes are the company’s main offerings in the quarter-liter segment. The KTM RC200 is priced at Rs 2.08 lakh (ex-showroom). On the other hand, the Bajaj Pulsar F250 is available in Delhi at Rs 1,40,915 (ex-showroom). It exists in two colors. In terms of power, the Bajaj Pulsar F250 has an edge over the KTM RC200. Let’s see how the two BS6 motorcycles perform in a direct drag race.

As you can see in the YouTube video above by Ayush Verma, the RC200 was the big winner in the first race. The bike topped out at 140mph and won by a decent margin. On the other hand, the Bajaj Pulsar F250 topped out at 128 km/h. At the second attempt, the competition was neck and neck. However, the KTM RC200 was again the winner. Overall, in a Pulsar F250 Vs KTM RC200 drag race, the KTM RC200 is slightly better than the new Bajaj Pulsar F250. The Pulsar F250’s air-cooled, fuel-injected 250cc single-cylinder engine produces 24.5PS and 21.5Nm. It also gets a five-speed gearbox with power assist and clutch sliding. The popular bike features a semi-fairing design with a tubular frame, high windshield, muscular fuel tank, raised seat, side-hanging twin-barrel exhaust and a new split-style taillight design . The Pulsar F250 has a fuel tank capacity of 14 liters and weighs 164 kg. It comes with an anti-lock braking system (with front and rear disc brakes). Additional features include full LED lighting, semi-digital instrument panel, single-channel ABS and 17-inch alloy wheels (100/80 and 130/70 section tires front and rear). back, respectively).

In contrast, the KTM RC200 is powered by a 199cc liquid-cooled engine that delivers 25hp and 19.2Nm of peak power and torque respectively. It is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The KTM RC200 sports a trellis frame with a bolt-on subframe. While the front suspension has the USD fork, the rear has the monoshock shock. The top-of-the-line bike has dual-channel ABS for both wheels. Additional features include liquid cooling, LCD display, fairing-mounted mirrors, halogen headlight, LED daytime running lights/indicators, faux carbon fiber front trim, split seats, bumper bars split rear sills, a black painted front fender, single strip LED taillights, air vents on the fairing and inverted front forks.
