Over 1,000 cars showcased at the first annual “The Vault 390 Car Show”
When JD Pass sat down with his staff to discuss holding a completely free auto show, there was initially some hesitation. They didn’t know he was about to create a new Southeast tradition. The 390 Car Show at TheVaultMS.com was a massive event that helped solidify The Vault as the leading automotive hub in the southern region.
With over 1,000 cars and 5,000 spectators from all over the Southeast, food vendors, and even monster trucks, The Vault has brought home to fall with its inaugural event. Individuals and automobile clubs showed up to compete for fifty trophies for their personalized automobiles. It was not only a gear paradise, but also a great time for families. The kids weren’t only thrilled with the really cool car site, they also got the chance to meet the Easter Bunny through the global online auction platform, SonicBidder.com. They also got the chance to drive the aforementioned monster trucks and participate in a bicycle race for prizes.
By far the highlight was the appearances of the Discovery Channel stars; Richard Rawlings of Gas Monkey Garage and Dennis and Kelsey Collins of Collins Bros Jeeps. Many people showed up to talk and get autographs from their favorite car stars. It wasn’t a paid gig either as Pass, Rawlings, and Collins have been friends for many years. The three were able to spend time together among fans and supporters for an incredible day of food, fun and car show.
With the success of TheVaultMS.com 390 Car Show, plans and thinking are already underway for next year’s event. No matter who or what comes across Jackson in 2022, one thing is for sure. The 390 Car Show by TheVaultMS.com is a fantastic, family-friendly, free event that will be worth it, whether you are a seasoned car enthusiast or the casual observer looking for a good time!
