New Girl Scout Cookie, Raspberry Rally, coming soon: its taste
- The Girl Scouts are launching a new cookie: Raspberry Rally.
- The cookie will start selling in 2023.
- The new cookies look like Thin Mint.
Move over to Thin Mintsand Caramel deLites, a new Girl Scout cookie is about to debut.
Raspberry Rally will join the national line of Girl Scout Cookies when the 2023 selling season begins, the Girl Scouts of the USA announced Tuesday.
Described as a sister cookie to Thin Mints, Raspberry Rally is “infused with raspberry flavor instead of mint and dipped in the same delicious chocolatey coating,” the group said in a statement.
Raspberry Rally marks a first for Girl Scouts: it will be the first cookie available only for online purchase and delivery, which the group says will help “improve girls’ online sales and entrepreneurial skills”.
The 2023 Girl Scout Cookie season is nationally recognized between January and April. However, local timing may vary and some Scout Councils may start selling the cookies earlier. Consumers can check the Girl Scout Cookies website to find out when the new cookies will be available in their area.

What does Raspberry Rally taste like?
Take a Thin Mint, but replace that mint flavor with a subtle hint of raspberry. That’s what you have with the Raspberry Rally.
The cookie looks exactly like a Thin Mint on the outside. And once you take a bite, you’ll notice the texture is similar too. But the cookie has a pinkish hue in the middle representing the raspberry flavor.
I was initially concerned that the raspberry flavor was too sweet. This is not the case. It goes very well with chocolate and does not overload.
For cookie lovers who want something with more fruit flavor, Raspberry Rally meets those needs. But, look, even though I loved Raspberry Rally, the Caramel deLite still wears my personal badge as “Girl Scout Cookie GOAT”
