Life After COVID-19 Is Subject Of NPMA’s First Adapt & Accelerate Webinar – PCT
FAIRFAX, VA – The National Pest Management Association (NPMA) is proud to announce the selection of the 2021 Class of the Executive Leadership Program (ELP), continuing the NPMA’s commitment to prepare rising stars for association leadership roles and to develop successful ambassadors for our industry.
“As has been proven with the previous four classes of the ELP, the program offers a fantastic opportunity for these future association leaders to develop professionally and personally. In turn, the NPMA benefits by hearing new perspectives and establishing a pipeline of engaged members. It’s really a win-win situation, ”said Dominique Stumpf, CEO of NPMA. “We are proud to continue this program with the support of WorkWave and look forward to working with this new group of passionate participants.”
The six applicants in this class were selected through a rigorous application process. Candidates were selected based on general criteria, which took into account leadership potential, industry involvement and commitment to professional development, among other factors.

Over the course of the two-year program, applicants will participate in training sessions and courses designed to cultivate the skills and knowledge essential to successful organizational leadership within the NPMA and beyond. Training will encompass a full range of skills including: history of the NPMA and its future plans, industry trends and consumer insights, inclusion and diversity training, leadership etiquette , navigation on public and legislative policy issues and community engagement, as well as a skill set related to strategic management and planning.
The Executive Leadership Program is an NPMA initiative designed to find passionate, committed and committed individuals from all parts of the country who want to improve the association and the membership experience.
